13 June 1900 census of Summit, Chautauqua County, KS, found the Henson family living in dwelling #65. Also in the home was Hannah's mother, Nancy Sterling. George and Hannah said that they had been married 23 years and 6 of their 8 children were still living. Nancy Sterling said that her one child was still living:

28 Jan 1920 census of Sedan, Chautauqua County, KS, found the Henson family living in dwelling #118:
